With your original purchase, you received an email with your unlock key(s) and download link.
To receive them again, enter the email address you used when you purchased.
We will mail your original key and download link to your original email address.
What if my email address has changed since purchase?
In that case, please instead fill out
this form with
your name, original and new email address,
date of purchase, which website you purchased from,
and which product you purchased. We'll contact you
with your key information, typically within 3 business days.
What if I never received a key originally?
If you purchased before March 31, 2001, you did not receive a key.
Firepad does not provide free or discounted upgrades for products
purchased before that date, so you would need to
purchase the current version
to receive support and downloads including all the latest features.
